Stamford, CT – May 27, 2008 -- We are pleased to announce the completion of a retained assignment to recruit a Vice President, Global Services, on behalf of our valued client, Varicent Software, Inc., Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate, Mr. Richard T. Vaughan, has joined the company.

Prior to joining Varicent, Rick spent ten years with PeopleSoft/Oracle, most recently as group vice president of Oracle Consulting. He has extensive services and project delivery experience in the U.S. and in Europe. Mr. Vaughan was awarded a B.S. in Mathematics by Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia.
